Frequently Asked Questions

The ingredients in the iced cookies include flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, egg, vanilla, almond, and food coloring.  Other possible flavors may include chocolate, lemon, etc., upon customer request.

Most cookies are 3-4 inches at their widest point.

Delivery and/or meeting halfway is available in certain circumstances.  For large events, I am willing to deliver subject to a delivery charge.

All cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed in clear poly bags to maintain quality and freshness.  Cookies can be left unbagged upon request.  I include a formal ingredient label with the cookies.  An ingredient sticker can be placed on the bag of each cookie if necessary (recommended for children's parties).

My cookies are best when eaten within two weeks, although they can be frozen for as long as four months.  Do not freeze cookies prior to your event as the icing could discolor due to condensation that occurs when removed from the freezer.

I recommend contacting me as soon as you know you need cookies so I can schedule your order on my calendar.  An order is not scheduled until the deposit is received.

A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of 50% is required to book your order.  If payment is not received, you are not booked on my calendar.  Final payment is due the day before delivery.

Filling the order starts at the time the order is booked (e.g., designing the cookie set).  Once this process begins, orders cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.  However, the deposit will remain on your account to be applied to a future order.

Campbell's Sugar Cookies are made in a kitchen with known food allergens including, but not limited to, eggs, dairy, nuts, wheat, soy.  It is the customer's responsibility to advise consumers the cookies are not allergen-free.  Campbell's Sugar Cookies will not be held responsible for subsequent allergic reactions.
